The Batam Power Plant in Indonesia is controlled by CHEC, with PT.TJK POWER as the project legal entity responsible for the operation of the power plant. It is now ready for procurement. The framework procurement of spare parts for the 2026 fiscal year will be implemented through negotiation. Potential suppliers who meet the qualification requirements are welcome to apply for the procurement documents.

The Batam Power Plant in Indonesia, located in Batam City, Riau Islands Province, features two 65MW coal-fired generating units
VI. Supplier Qualification Review Methods and Requirements
(I) The qualification review for suppliers adopts a post-qualification examination method. The specific qualification requirements include:
- The supplier must be a legally registered enterprise entity in Indonesia and shall provide valid copies of its business license and tax registration certificate (electronic versions must be submitted in PDF format) prior to the response deadline.
- Suppliers must possess valid import qualifications for Indonesia and provide a photocopy of the qualification document that remains effective prior to the response deadline (electronic version in PDF format is required).
- Suppliers must demonstrate sound financial standing and business credibility, with financial statements or creditworthiness certificates for the past two years.
- No instances of borrowing or lending qualifications or performance records to others;
- Suppliers must demonstrate procurement performance for at least two material-related projects at Indonesian power plants (or comparable facilities) within the three-year period from December 2 0 22 to the present. Supporting documentation including contract copies, performance records, and key contract pages with signatures/seals or user-issued certificates must be submitted. Any discrepancies between reported performance and actual results will result in disqualification from bidding.
(II) Reputation Requirements:
- Suppliers not classified as Grade D by the purchaser or excluded from the management of suppliers with misconduct, and thus disqualified from transactions;
- Not found to have engaged in fraudulent practices, bid rigging, refusal to sign contracts, or other illegal or breach of contract behaviors during the procurement and contract execution organized by CHEC. and its affiliated units, where the supplier bears primary responsibility for general or above safety and quality accidents or other violations, and the processing period has not expired;
(III) None of the following circumstances exists:
- Where the legal representative, shareholders meeting member, board of supervisors member, or senior executive of different entities are the same individual (e.g., a legal representative of one entity concurrently serves as a supervisor of another); when parent and subsidiary entities or entities with management relationships submit identical bids; or when subsidiaries or holding companies under the same parent company submit identical bids.
- Where the business is ordered to suspend operations, property is taken over or frozen, or other circumstances result in loss of performance capacity;
- Having committed fraudulent transactions, serious breaches of contract, or major
product/engineering quality issues within the past three years (prior to the quotation deadline).
